Prior to joining the staff at Covenant Church in 1995 they served 22 years as missionaries in Argentina, Chile and short time in Brazil.  God allowed them to raise up several churches that have grown to a very fruitful ministry.  These churches were placed under National Pastors and are still growing.  They have a background of many years in the ministry with young adults and young marriages.

James and Mildred have 3 adults sons with families which makes them grandparents of 11 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
