Mike & Kathy Hayes are the founding and Senior Pastors of Covenant Church based in Carrollton, Texas. Mike & Kathy both committed their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ and the call of ministry at an early age. After completing college, Mike established a wide-spread evangelistic ministry that took him across the United States as well as several foreign countries. In 1973, he married Kathy Parker, who at that time was part of a very popular music with her family, “The Singing Parkers”.

In 1976, after the birth of their first child, Mike and Kathy moved to the Dallas, Texas, area to establish Covenant Church. Beginning with only a vision, Covenant Church and Covenant Church’s Spanish-language congregation, Mundo de Fe, has grown to over 12,000 members across 7 locations in the North Texas area. Covenant Church and Mundo de Fe are also very active in mission efforts throughout the world.

Mike Hayes continues to “follow the cloud” with intensity and vision as a pastor, author and radio and television host. His recently released book, “God’s Law of First Things”, has been widely acclaimed for its revelation and insight into the necessity of putting God first in our lives—and the blessing that awaits those who do. His Bible-based teachings are heard daily on “Covenant Life”, a popular radio program broadcast throughout the North Texas area. He and Kathy are also frequent hosts on the Trinity Broadcasting Network’s national program, “Praise the Lord”.

Mike & Kathy Hayes are respected around the world for their insight into the Word of God. Through their vision and leadership, they are actively preparing a generation of leaders who are destined to be world changers for the Kingdom of God.
