Ricky and Cyd are the Campus Pastors for Covenant Church in Colleyville, Texas. Additionally, they provide pastoral oversight for Life Teams, the small group ministry of Covenant Church, as well as Member Services. Member Services plays a pivotal role in service facilitation and member assimilation into the culture of Covenant Church.

In 1988, while pursuing a corporate career in the insurance industry, Ricky joined Covenant Church and began volunteering in the youth department; In 1995, Ricky joined Covenant’s staff as the Director of Small Group Ministries after serving in various volunteer leadership positions. Prior to marrying Ricky, Cyd worked as a Systems Design Engineer for a major defense contractor while serving as Associate Worship Leader at the church she attended in Arlington, Texas.

They share an incredible, heartwarming testimony of how God brought them together in spite of tragedy and tremendous odds. Theirs is a story which highlights God’s grace, mercy and restoration power at work for those who are willing to place their hope and trust completely in Him. Their passion is to develop and encourage people in their commitment to Christ and each other. Ricky and Cyd are the parents of two sons, Seth and Caleb.
