The Daniel Fast is a biblically based partial fast based on two accounts of the Prophet Daniel's fasting experiences (Daniel 1:12 and 10:1-3). It is an eating plan similar to a vegan diet with additional restrictions.

Raw Food Fast
A raw food fast consists of only foods that are unprocessed and free of toxins. Your best raw food diet plan is one that is balanced. It should have carbohydrates, fats, protein, and other important nutrients.

No Eating Out Fast
During the 21 days, you are committing to preparing and cooking all of your meals ahead of time and not eating out.
During the 21 days, you are committing to not watching television, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, or sports. During times you would normally watch your favorite show or sports team, we encourage you to spend some time with God.
Social Media Fast
During these 21 days, we will be utilizing social media for a lot of devotional and announcement materials, but we are encouraging those who spend a significant amount of time on social media to limit and narrow their social media time from only 9am-9pm. The highest usage of social media is when people are waking up and falling asleep. During this fast, we are encouraging you to start your day with God and end your day with God.
